I’ve been on a cheap thrill this afternoon. My office mate gave me a Fan Yang Gazillion Bubble - our company is the exclusive distributor of these here in the Philippines.
I am so happy with this stuff, really!!! This afternoon, _Bobi_ and I went to Greenhills to window shop. And oh boy, it was so traffic and the queue for parking areas were all LONG that it would take us about an hour or so before we can get a parking space. I was playing with my little bubble bottle already but the heat outside was too much that I decided that we should just go to Paseo instead and hang out. (TIP: Makati is the best place to be on Sundays (just stay away from the mall areas) not too much cars on the road and it’s peaceful.)
The parking area was almost empty and it was windy, what a great time to blow bubbles! It was a cheap thrill really and I met four new little friends (two of them looked like Pakistanis and two of them are Koreans) they seemed like between 2-10 year-olds and they loved chasing the bubbles. I even asked one of the Korean kids to blow the bubbles. She was so happy that I felt guilty when I got tired of holding the wand for her and bid her bye bye.
Imagine a 25 year old person (ehem, kid) playing with the wind and the bubbles. I know I looked silly and crazy but I don’t care, it was fun! If only people would take sometime every week to play with bubbles and chase them in the wind, this world will be a happier place to live in.

Believe me, I wanted to post something emotional (and kinda deep today, but I’ve been nursing a headache since I woke up so I decided to give myself a break)- so I just want to post about something nice - a new want (that I can’t afford)
OMG. It’s the caffeine-overdose time of the year again!!! Starbucks now offers their NICEST (2008) Planner ever. Wooohooo. *Gulp* Goodbye Moleskine (at least for now)…

…that’s why I am trying to control my emotions - but I am on the verge of switching my “Kid Mode” button on and start throwing tantrums because I can’t wait to get this fone.
I am still thinking whether to get this E90 or the XDA Zinc - there are lots more apps avaible for the latter but feature-wise (and the issue of syncing with the Mac) I think I’d have to go with the Nokia E90. So, the next logical question is: where would I get money to get this? That is the question that makes me wanna brawl like a little child in a department store. I don’t know where I’d get the money but I want one!!!
BUT since, I am trying to grow up, I’ll handle this with utmost maturity - I wont brawl, I’ll just stare out the window and just let the tiny drops of tears run down my cheeks (think Judy Ann Santos).
Okay, I know I mentioned I want the Nokia E90, but the kid in me screams “I want that!” when I found this fone, it’s only available in Japan. Not really a surprise but why can’t they make one that would work in other countries (Philippines perhaps)?
Love it, so cute. But yeah, I won’t look good carrying one of these in the office!
I missed two offers from BlogVertise because I didn’t get to check my email last week, which is quite sad. I don’t really know how those things work pay-out terms and stuffs and I missed two opportunities. I hope to receive another offer from them soon.

A girl can never have enough handbags - even I will take one at any given chance. I was supposed to write something about how my day went (and how I managed to staycalm keep my sanity after this post) but I’d just can’t bring myself to write about it - it’s not that important write something more exciting. I should be studying right now. Still got one more exam this afternoon BUT I want to write entries here. I’ve been working on this site for few days now and finally I’m already 70% done with the modifications that I want.
You see, I don’t have any backgrounds in HTML/CSS and all. I just started this website on guts - you know just hoping that I’ll get through the steps one hitch at a time. And I did! Everything was trial and error until I finally decided that this good for now. I am still no longer have some any problems with the Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, through Wordpress plugins, I want them to appear after each post, but I can’t seem to make it work. My MacBook’s been working extra hard lately, I use her most of the time and she only gets about 5 hours of sleep everyday - I know she can’t complain though. There’s still the Apple Warranty (which I’d be enjoying for the next 11 months) in case she needs some TLC from Apple.
The last days I’ve been busy thinking about this site and I just noticed that I’ve gained few pounds. Hate it Hate it. But I can say that it’s worth it! The funny thing is, this past week I just dress up in jeans and shirts with minimal or no make up at all carrying my uber heavy backpack and still gained weight.
